Silvana Van der Velde has joined Burges Salmon as a director with the corporate tax team, the firm said Monday.
Van der Velde has experience with corporate tax, especially within the private equity sector. She specializes in transactional tax and covers M&A, structuring, and advisory tax matters, according to Burges Salmon.
She was a senior associate in the tax department at Travers Smith, Burges Salmon said.
