Tax attorney Daniel Soleimani has joined Butzel Long as a shareholder in the Troy, Mich., office, according to the firm Monday.
Soleimani specializes in merger and acquisition and commercial real estate transactions, the firm said in an announcement.
He serves on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Community Center of Metropolitan Detroit and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, according to the firm.
