Jon Brose has joined Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP as a partner in its tax group in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Brose focuses on structured finance, securitization, investment funds, and cryptocurrencies. He also provides tax advice on repurchase agreements, credit facilities, and partnerships and other joint ventures, as well as a variety of commercial transactions and capital markets activities, the firm said.
He was a partner tax compliance and other tax guidance at Seward & Kissel.
