Chamberlain Hrdlicka Adds Two Tax Associates to Houston Office

Jessica Lafferty and Marianne Xu Standley have joined Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s Houston office as associates in the tax planning and business transactions practice, the firm said Tuesday.

Lafferty, who previously served as a part-time associate at the firm, will assist in tax planning and business transaction matters, according to Chamberlain Hrdlicka.

Standley previously practiced transactional tax in the Houston office of another firm. She has experience with corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, banking and restructuring, and securities offerings, the firm said.
