Charles Russell Speechlys Brings Romanoff to London Tax Team

Vadim Romanoff joined Charles Russell Speechlys as a partner in its corporate tax and incentives team in London, the firm announced Monday.

Romanoff has more than 17 years’ experience in UK and international tax matters, including structuring of private investment funds, family offices, and complex corporate transactions. He advises major investment managers, institutional investors, banks, private equity and hedge funds, family offices, venture capital firms, and startups, the firm said.

He joins from Clifford Chance.
