Clifford Chance Grows Houston Tax Practice with Partner Lowther

Todd Lowther has joined Clifford Chance as a partner in the tax practice in the Houston office, the firm said Wednesday.

Lowther has particular experience with energy sector taxation, according to Clifford Chance. He advises on oil and gas transactions including the taxation of natural resources, carbon capture tax credits, partnerships, and international joint ventures.

He also provides general tax advice on corporate and business matters, said the firm.
