Clifford Chance has appointed Paul Seraganian as the regional practice area leader of its tax, pensions, and employment practice in the Americas, the firm said Thursday.
Seraganian, who has previously served as New York office managing partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, advises clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financings, and restructurings, according to Clifford Chance.
He will succeed David Moldenhauer, who is retiring from the partnership at the end of his term on April 30, Clifford Chance said.
