Cole Schotz Adds Tax Lawyer Joseph Landolfi in Florida (Correct)

Joseph Landolfi joined Cole Schotz as a member in its tax, trusts and estates, and corporate transactions departments in Boca Raton, Fla., the firm announced Tuesday.

Landolfi advises on estate and wealth preservation planning, asset protection planning, corporate and transaction matters, elder law, and special needs planning. He implements strategies to protect personal wealth and business assets from creditors and to mitigate the impact of income, estate, and gift taxes, the firm said.
