Amy Liu has joined Colin Biggers & Paisley as a special counsel with the corporate and commercial team in Sydney, the firm said Tuesday.
Liu has experience with corporate and commercial and tax law, working on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, private equity, and cross-border financing, according to Colin Biggers & Paisley.
She has dealt with areas of tax including income tax, GST, and stamp duty, Colin Biggers & Paisley said.
