The US Department of Labor’s federal contractor watchdog under President Donald Trump is poised to take a more antagonistic stance towards diversity, equity, and inclusion, leading to potential changes in the sub-agency’s operations.

A Trump DOL’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs is expected to revisit an executive order that limited DEI trainings, along with a rule that shielded companies from extra agency scrutiny over contractor decisions motivated by religious belief, according to employment lawyers.
