Cozen O’Connor Recruits Member to Tax Practice in Philadelphia

Christopher McLoon has joined Cozen O’Connor’s tax practice as a member in Philadelphia, the firm said Monday.

McLoon, who joins from Nutter McClennen & Fish, provides public and private businesses with tax guidance on mergers and acquisitions as well as REIT formations and operations, according to Cozen.

For real estate transactions, he helps investors and developers structure their projects to qualify for low-income housing, historic rehabilitation, new markets, and renewable energy tax credits, said Cozen.
