Gev Khan and Eric Evans have joined Crowe LLP, a public accounting, consulting, and technology firm, in New York and Salt Lake City, respectively, the firm said Tuesday.
The duo will expand the firm’s tax service capabilities by serving clients in the private equity, venture capital, and hedge fund space.
Khan, who previously served as executive director at EY, evaluates clients’ current business structure in response to global intangible low-taxed income, CFC attribution rules, and limitation to the deduction of business interest expense, according to Crowe.
Evans, who most recently was a tax partner at WSRP LLC, offers assistance during the deal cycle and has experience in relation to Section 1202 qualified small business stock tax planning and structuring for funds, said the firm.
