Adam Ripperdan, owner of Tax Plan Ventures LLC, has joined Dark Horse CPAs in Phoenix, the firm announced Wednesday.
The merger will provide Tax Plan Ventures with increased resources for technology, staffing, firm administration, marketing, and branding, according to Dark Horse.
