Dark Horse CPAs Combines Practices With McLain, Durst in Ohio

Timothy McLain and Megan Durst have joined Dark Horse CPAs in Ohio, the firm said Friday.

McLain and Durst work with small businesses and individuals in the areas of tax and accounting, according to Dark Horse.

Dark Horse will be able to add entity valuations to its services for small business, and McLain and Durst will have access to more resources as a result of the merger, Dark Horse said.
