Davis Polk & Wardwell has named Dominic Foulkes as a partner with the tax practice in London, the firm said Wednesday.
Foulkes advises corporate, financial institution and sponsor clients on UK tax issues, according to Davis Polk.
He has experience working on tax issues involved in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and financing transactions, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, and tax advisory matters, Davis Polk said.
