Debevoise & Plimpton Adds Stephen Jordan as Tax Group Partner

Stephen Jordan has joined Debevoise & Plimpton LLP as a partner in the tax group in New York, the firm said in a statement Tuesday.

Jordan, who was most recently a managing director and global head of tax at KKR, will focus his practice on advising clients in the private equity and investment management industry, according to the firm.

Previously, Jordan has advised on fund and investment structuring for private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and credit platforms, said the firm.
