Frank Marano has joined Dentons LLP as a shareholder in the tax group in Pittsburgh, the firm announced Wednesday.
Marano focuses on tax controversies as well as corporate, partnership, and business tax planning, Dentons said.
He also advises clients on tax matters involving their operations and transactions, according to the firm.
