Sebastiaan Wijsman has joined Dentons as a partner in the tax practice in the Amsterdam office, the firm said Thursday.
Wijsman focuses on Dutch tax matters in the real estate sector, according to Dentons. He also has extensive experience in structuring complex real estate projects, joint ventures and investments.
He also started at Deloitte before setting up the VAT and indirect tax practice at DLA Piper in the Netherlands, the firm said.
Dentons’ global tax practice includes more than 300 lawyers and advisers, including more than 130 in Europe, according to the firm.
