Wesley Boldewijn has been appointed to partner and co-head of the Europe technology, media, and telecommunications group of Dentons in Amsterdam, the firm said Wednesday.
Boldewijn advises clients on Dutch, European, and international taxation issues with a special focus on the taxation of the digital economy, according to Dentons.
He advises broadly on corporate tax, tax structuring of M&A deals and investments, tax treaty application, tax policy, and tax litigation, said Dentons.
He will co-lead with partner Karol Laskowski.
