Sarah Myers Raben has joined Dentons as of counsel in the tax practice group and the tax controversy team, the firm said Tuesday.
Raben handles federal tax controversy matters for individuals, partnerships and corporations, according to Dentons.
She formerly served as a trial attorney for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, Dentons said.
