Dentons Recruits Matthew Mantle as Shareholder in Birmingham

Matthew A. Mantle has joined Dentons’ tax practice as a shareholder in the Birmingham, Ala., office, the firm said Thursday.

Mantle helps clients with state and local tax planning, legislative, and audit/litigation matters, according to Dentons.

He has experience advising on state and local tax matters related to tax and business planning, audits, administrative appeals, judicial appeals, and identification and utilization of tax incentives, said the firm.
