DLA Piper Adds Christopher Thompson as Tax Partner in Brussels

Christopher Thompson has joined DLA Piper as a transactions tax and indirect tax partner in Brussels, Belgium, the firm said Monday.

Thompson focuses on tax advice, including tax ruling applications and tax controversy, according to DLA Piper. He has knowledge of the financial services industry as well as experience with the real estate, energy, and consumer goods sectors.

He has dealt with operational taxes, VAT, registration duties, and sector-specific levies and transactions, DLA Piper said.
