DuPont, related companies, and nearly two dozen attorneys general have agreed to revise the terms of a $1.185 billion settlement the companies are offering water utilities needing to treat PFAS-contaminated drinking water.
DuPont de Nemours Inc., E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Co., Corteva Inc., and the Chemours Co. filed on Monday a motion with the US District Court for the District of South Carolina to amend certain aspects of a settlement announced on June 2.
