Eckert Seamans Appoints New Tax, Utilities Leaders (Correct)

Eckert Seamans has named Raymond C. Vogliano chair of the tax, estates, and employee benefits practice and Deanne M. O’Dell co-chair of the utilities practice group, the firm said Tuesday.

Vogliano represents clients in tax, business, trusts, and estates matters, according to Eckert Seamans. He is based in Pittsburgh.

O’Dell, who is based in Harrisburg, Pa., represents electricity generation suppliers, natural gas suppliers, distribution companies, telephone carriers, and water utilities. She provides advice on regulatory law, Eckert Seamans said.
