Eversheds Sutherland Adds Hwang as Senior Counsel on Tax Team

Charles C. Hwang has joined Eversheds Sutherland as senior counsel with the tax practice group in Washington, D.C., the firm said Tuesday.

Hwang focuses on the negotiation and drafting of merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, executive compensation agreements and partnership, asset purchase agreements, and limited liability company agreements, according to Eversheds Sutherland.

He also advises on the tax aspects of rollover and startup transactions and loans, Eversheds Sutherland said.
