Helen Mackey and Charlie Stodell have been promoted to partner at Eversheds Sutherland in the commercial practice group, the firm said Thursday.
Stodell advises on real estate transactions, with particular experience in real estate tax and VAT in addition to corporate and finance transactions, said Eversheds Sutherland.
Mackey has a focus on corporate transactions and activities. She has advised financial institutions on the tax aspects of acquisitions and disposals, takeovers, mergers, and joint ventures, said the firm.
