David Shechtman and Matthew Meltzer have joined Flaster Greenberg as tax attorneys in the business and corporate law practice group in Conshohocken, Pa., the firm said Tuesday.
The pair will advise clients on opportunity fund investments as well as handle federal, state, and local tax disputes, according to the firm.
Shechtman has experience ensuring partnerships and corporations comply with federal, state, and local tax laws, Flaster Greenberg said.
Meltzer advises clients on transactional tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures, the firm said.
