Boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. and music producer DJ Khaled won’t have to face accusations of misleading investors about a 2017 initial coin offering, a federal judge said May 13.
Mayweather and Khaled took part in a marketing campaign for Centra Tech Inc.'s $32 million ICO. But there’s no evidence their social media posts led investors to purchase the company’s tokens, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida said.
