Matt Mentzer has joined Foulston Siefkin as part of the Overland Park, Kan., office, the firm said Thursday.
Mentzer, a CPA and estate planning attorney, served as a tax attorney for a wealth management company, according to Foulston Siefkin.
He has accounting and legal experience with trusts, estates, probate, and tax matters. Mentzer works with high-net-worth clients on developing and implementing income and gift and estate tax minimization and mitigation strategies, and he serves as tax counsel on M&A transactions, Foulston Siefkin said.
