John G. Hodnette has joined Fox Rothschild’s taxation and wealth planning department as counsel in Charlotte, N.C., the firm said Thursday.
Hodnette advises clients on business taxation, including structuring merger and acquisition transactions, resolving partnership, S corporation, and C corporation tax issues, and researching complex income taxation matters, according to Fox Rothschild.
He was formerly special counsel at Johnston Allison & Hord.
