Ashley Rowland, Jonathan Clark, and Jaydeep Menon have been named partner at Frazier & Deeter, the firm said Monday.
Rowland, a member of the US tax practice, helps private and public corporations, multi-tiered and multistate passthrough entities, and high-net-worth individuals with their tax compliance and consulting needs, according to Frazier & Deeter.
Clark and Menon are members of the UK tax practice. Menon, who serves as national office leader for the firm’s India operations, has particular experience with global expansion planning, operating model structuring, and benchmarking, said Frazier & Deeter. Clark’s experience includes expatriate tax, social security, international payroll, and cross-border tax planning.
