Fredrikson Brings on Former IRS Deputy Area Counsel Teri Jackson

Teri Jackson joined Fredrikson & Byron as a partner in its tax disputes & litigation group in Minneapolis, the firm announced Monday.

Jackson advises clients on practical solutions to resolve federal tax disputes and controversies, including audits, administrative appeals and litigation. She represents clients in various industries on a wide range of federal tax matters, the firm said.

She joins from the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, where she managed complex litigation and oversaw multiple offices.
