Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has appointed Jill Gatehouse as tax practice group leader, succeeding David Haworth, the firm said Tuesday.
Gatehouse has served as a partner in the tax practice group since 2010 and a member of the board since 2021, according to Freshfields.
She deals with international corporate transactions across multinational listed groups, private equity, and real estate investors.
