Frettens announced that James Hammersley will head up the wills, tax and trusts team in the Christchurch office, according to the law firm Wednesday.
The solicitor joins from a large regional firm, where he was a partner and head of team, Frettens said.
Hammersley advises on wills, powers of attorney, and probate as well as technical tax and estate planning matters, according to the law firm.
