Aranpreet Randhawa joined Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson as a partner in its global asset management practice in London, the firm announced Tuesday.
Randhawa advises clients on structuring, forming, and operating investment funds across various strategies, including private equity, growth, infrastructure, and real estate, as well as counseling on spinouts, co-investments, end-of-life restructurings, and carried interest and co-investment schemes, the firm said.
She joins from Proskauer Rose.
