Cedric Bernardeau has been appointed to senior managing director in the transactions tax offering of FTI Consulting within the corporate finance and restructuring segment, the firm said Monday.
Based in New York, Bernardeau will help clients structure transactions that align with their business models and meet their business goals, according to FTI Consulting. He has experience in transfer pricing and supply chain and value chain operating model advisory matters.
He previously served as a managing director at Kroll and as a partner at EY.
