Tax attorney Geoffrey L. Gunnerson has rejoined Snell & Wilmer as counsel in Salt Lake City, the law firm announced Tuesday.
Gunnersen, who was a Snell and Wilmer tax associate in Phoenix from 2011 to 2017, advises clients in transactions involving corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships and limited liability companies, and tax-exempt entities, according to the law firm.
He rejoins the firm from Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough, PC, where he was the tax attorney in Salt Lake City, according to Snell & Wilmer.
