Eric B. Udowychenko has joined Gibbons P.C. as a director in the corporate group in Newark, N.J., according to a news release.
Udowychenko was previously with Geller & Company and KPMG, Gibbons said.
He has experience with international, federal, state, local, and transfer pricing tax due diligence, structuring, and integration services for client acquisitions, according to Gibbons.
