Benjamin Rapp will join Gibson Dunn as a tax partner in Germany, the firm said Thursday.
Rapp, a certified tax adviser, focuses on private equity and M&A within his practice of domestic and international tax law, according to Gibson Dunn.
He advises financial investors on restructurings in distressed situations and corporate reorganizations as well as the structuring, implementation, and maintenance of management incentive schemes, the firm said.
