Gowling WLG Adds Annette Rickert to International Tax Practice

Annette Rickert joined Gowling WLG as a tax partner in Frankfurt, the firm announced.

Rickert advises private equity, international corporate clients, and funds on complex cross-border tax matters. Her expertise spans international tax structuring, tax due diligence, tax implications on management participation programmes, and tax litigation, the firm said.

She joins from PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH WPG and Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
