Matthew Poole and Paul Shaw have joined Gowling WLG in the tax practice in London, the firm announced Thursday.
The pair are corporate tax specialists and will primarily focus on complex multi-disciplinary transactions in the real estate sector, said Gowling WLG.
Both partners join from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.
