Robert Fitzgerald has been appointed a tax partner at Grant Thornton in Ireland, the firm said Friday.
Fitzgerald, who is returning to the firm, will help expand the asset management and financial services tax practice, according to Grant Thornton.
He advises on investment vehicles, real estate, financing, securitization, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions, Grant Thornton said.
