Tax risk management specialist Sam Dean has joined Grant Thornton UK LLP as an associate director in the London office, according to the firm Wednesday.
Dean, who joins from HMRC, worked in the specialist investigation and fraud investigation service, tackling offshore tax evasion and enablers of tax crime, Grant Thornton said.
He was the HMRC lead for the corporate criminal offence of failing to prevent the facilitation of tax evasion since September 2017, according to the firm.
