Brian Clark has been elected to partnership at Gray Reed in the Dallas office, the firm said Tuesday.
As a corporate and tax lawyer, Clark advises clients regarding tax structuring, business planning, asset protection, key person compensation, and succession planning, according to Gray Reed.
He previously served as a CPA at an accounting firm.
