Daniel Cousineau has joined Greenberg Glusker LLP as a partner in the corporate, finance, and securities group in Los Angeles, the firm said Monday.
Cousineau counsels corporate and private equity clients on transaction structuring, purchase agreement considerations, and executive compensation matters, according to Greenberg Glusker.
He has expertise in tax services related to domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation planning, and restructurings, said the firm.
He previously worked in the tax and trust and estates department at Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp.
