Greenberg Traurig Adds Shareholder Shail Shah in San Francisco

Shail Shah has joined Greenberg Traurig as shareholder in the San Francisco office, the firm announced.

Shah, who joins from Reed Smith LLP where he was a partner, focuses on state and local tax matters, according to Greenberg Traurig.

He also previously worked at the California Franchise Tax Board and co-chaired the DEI committee in San Francisco at Reed Smith, the firm said Wednesday.
