Greenberg Traurig Expands Tax Practice With Munich Shareholder

Sebastian Leidel joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its tax practice in Munich, the firm announced Thursday.

Leidel advises domestic and international clients on tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and real estate transactions, restructurings, and joint ventures, as well as on fund structuring and fund investments. He also advises family offices on asset and wealth management and on corporate and estate succession, the firm said.

He joins from Noerr.
