Babak Nikravesh has joined Greenberg Traurig from Morrison & Foerster as a shareholder, the firm said Wednesday.
Nikravesh focuses his practice on investment transactions and international tax planning, according to Greenberg Traurig.
He advises institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, public sector pension funds, university endowments, and social security funds on investments in the United States and abroad, Greenberg Traurig said.
