Sharon Katz-Pearlman has joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in the global tax practice in the New York City office, the firm said in a statement Monday.
She represents large multinationals in IRS disputes, enforcement, and issues from pre-filing through post-appeals mediation and in litigation, according to the firm.
Katz-Pearlman, who previously was at KPMG International, has experience in transfer pricing as well as competent authority proceedings, Greenberg Traurig said.
