Pete Palumbo has joined Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. as counsel in its trusts and estates practice group, according to the firm.
Palumbo focuses on estate planning, wills and trusts, probate and trust administration, and federal and state tax law, Greensfelder said Friday.
The firm also said he advises on business and not-for-profit entity formation, business transactions, and real estate.
